Join us on Friday, June 5, at 7PM for a Restorative Yoga Zoom session with our Secretary (and certified yoga instructor) Ashley!
This class is suitable for anyone; all levels welcome! Participants will want to have a couple blankets nearby, as well as a couple pillows (think big bed pillows), and a long strap (dog leash, belt, scarf, etc.) If you have yoga blocks and bolsters, bring them along too.
