What is the Junior League of the Eastern Panhandle (JuLEP)?
- The Junior League of the Eastern Panhandle (JuLEP) is a new chapter of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). AJLI is an organization of women whose Mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Junior League women are highly motivated, educated, influential individuals who transform their communities through advocacy, direct service, public education, fundraising and hard work on the front lines of modern society’s toughest problems. With comprehensive training, vast networks, and a collaborative approach to designing solutions, they step in where government or social services agencies are not fully meeting a community’s needs, whether for lack of resources, knowledge or funding.
